KAST Terms of Service

Last updated: 7 June 2026

These terms govern use of the Keystone Academy of Skills Training ("KAST") website. They do not replace signed enrolment forms, learner agreements, employer agreements, funding terms, programme rules, payment terms, or accreditation requirements that may apply to a specific training arrangement.

1. Website Purpose

The KAST website provides general information about training pathways, skills development, learner support, and enrolment interest. Website content is informational and should not be treated as a final admission decision, final quote, certification guarantee, legal advice, employment promise, or complete programme contract.

2. Programme Information

KAST aims to keep programme information clear and current. Programme availability, dates, entry requirements, duration, assessment requirements, pricing, venues, facilitator availability, funding arrangements, and accreditation details may change and should be confirmed directly with KAST before a learner, employer, or partner makes a commitment.

3. Enquiries and Enrolment

Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee acceptance, course placement, certification, assessment outcome, employment, or funding. KAST may request additional details to assess suitability, support needs, documentation, eligibility, scheduling, payment, or compliance requirements.

Any confirmed enrolment may be subject to separate documents, learner responsibilities, assessment rules, attendance requirements, payment terms, cancellation terms, and code of conduct requirements.

4. Visitor Responsibilities

Visitors should use the website respectfully and lawfully. Visitors may not:

  • Misrepresent KAST, its programmes, accreditation, staff, learners, partners, or outcomes.
  • Copy, reproduce, sell, scrape, or reuse website content or branding without permission.
  • Submit false, harmful, unlawful, offensive, or misleading information.
  • Attempt to interfere with the website, security controls, forms, scripts, or hosting systems.
  • Use the website to send spam, malware, automated abuse, or unauthorised promotions.

5. Intellectual Property

The KAST name, logo, brand assets, website design, copy, images, programme descriptions, and related materials belong to KAST or its licensors unless clearly stated otherwise. Visitors may view the website for personal, learner, employer, or partner information purposes, but may not copy or republish KAST materials without written permission.

6. Third-Party Links and Services

The website may link to social platforms, service providers, learning partners, accreditation bodies, or other third-party resources. Those services are controlled by their own terms and privacy practices. KAST is not responsible for third-party websites or systems outside its control.

7. Privacy and Cookies

Use of personal information is covered by the Privacy Policy. Use of cookies and browser storage is covered by the Cookie Policy.

8. Availability and Accuracy

KAST may update, suspend, or remove website content at any time. While KAST aims to present useful and accurate information, the website may occasionally contain errors, omissions, outdated information, broken links, or interrupted availability.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, KAST is not liable for losses arising from reliance on general website information, temporary website unavailability, third-party services, unauthorised misuse of the website, or decisions made before confirming programme details with KAST. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Changes to These Terms

KAST may update these terms when the website, operations, training model, or legal requirements change. Continued use of the website after an update means the visitor accepts the updated terms.

11. Contact

Questions about these terms should be sent through the official KAST contact channel or enquiry form.
